Sign Hire
PAYMENT:
Sign hire bookings are to be placed through the website. This booking holds the sign you’ve selected
for the dates you’ve chosen (not the additional bond). This payment covers the sign and or easel hire
along with the application of personalised text.
1-2 weeks prior to your event I will email you with some mock ups of your sign hire, here changes
can be made and the colour of the vinyl stickers can be finalised.
HIRE:
Hire is for 4 days, this begins from the pick up date. Additional days will be charged at $10 a day. An
email with pick up address and pick up times will be sent out 24-48hrs prior to the booking. Please
consider when you’ll be dropping the signs back when you receive this email. If someone else is
returning the sign you need to make them aware of the sign care when transporting to avoid
damages and loss of bond.
When you receive this email please reply with your pick up day and time. Failure to do this
may result in the sign being unable to be collected if you arrive unannounced.
An additional refundable bond (between $50-$100 depending on the sign hired) is payable in cash or
payID upon collection. This is returned via the same payment once sign is returned in the same
condition.
CANCELLATION:
There will be a $20 non refundable fee if signs are cancelled within 7days of the hire. Outside of this
only a $5 fee will be taken to cover booking fees.
